Muscletant の運営者(以下「運営者」)は、iPhone アプリ「Muscletant」(以下「本アプリ」)があなたの情報をどう扱うかを、次のとおり定めます。
1. 運営者が集める情報
運営者は、あなたの情報を集めません。運営者のサーバーはありません。本アプリは、利用状況の分析も、広告も、トラッキングもしません。
2. 端末の中にだけ保存される情報
次の情報は、あなたの端末の中にだけ保存されます。運営者には送られません。
- トレーニングの記録、プログラム、目標
- 体重・体脂肪率の記録
- AI との会話の履歴
- 設定
- あなたが入力した API キー(iOS のキーチェーンに保存されます)
本アプリを削除すると、これらの情報は端末から消えます。
3. AI 機能のしくみ
AI 機能を使うと、本アプリは、あなたが選んだ提供元(Google、OpenAI、Anthropic のいずれか)に、あなた自身の API キーを使って、端末から直接内容を送ります。運営者は通信を中継しません。送られた内容を運営者が見ることもできません。
提供元に届いた内容の保存と削除は、各提供元のポリシーに従います。
4. 同意について
AI 機能を初めて使うとき、本アプリは、送信先と送る内容を示して、同意を求めます。提供元を変えたときも同じです。
同意の画面を閉じれば、何も送られません。その場合も、記録の機能はそのまま使えます。
同意は、設定画面の「AIへのデータ送信」から、いつでも取り消せます。
5. AI に送る情報
AI 機能を使うとき、本アプリは次の内容を提供元に送ります。
- 質問と、その会話の履歴(AI の過去の回答や提案を含む)
- 目標の文章と、週のトレーニング回数(プログラムを作るとき)
- プログラムの内容(プログラムを調整するとき)
- 種目ごとの直近の記録(重量・回数)
- 実施中のトレーニングの種目とセット数(トレーニング中に聞くとき)
- あなたが作った種目の名前(プログラムを作るとき・調整するとき)
体重・体脂肪率は送りません。
6. Google Gemini の無料枠についての注意
Google Gemini の無料枠を使うときは、ご注意ください。
無料枠で送った内容は、Google のサービス改善に使われることがあります。Google の担当者が読むこともあります。名前や連絡先など、あなたが誰かわかる内容は、書かないでください。
7. 各提供元のプライバシーポリシー
送られた内容の扱いは、各提供元のプライバシーポリシーで確認できます。

Privacy Policy
The operator of Muscletant ("we") sets out below how the iPhone app Muscletant (the "App") handles your information.
1. What we collect
We don't collect your information. We have no servers. The App doesn't use analytics, advertising, or tracking.
2. What stays on your device
The following is stored only on your device. It is never sent to us.
- Your workout records, programs, and goals
- Your body weight and body fat records
- Your conversation history with the AI
- Your settings
- The API key you enter (stored in the iOS Keychain)
If you delete the App, this information is removed from your device.
3. How the AI features work
When you use an AI feature, the App sends your request straight from your device to the provider you chose (Google, OpenAI, or Anthropic), using your own API key. We don't relay this traffic, and we can't see what is sent.
How a provider stores and deletes what it receives is governed by that provider's own policy.
4. Your consent
The first time you use an AI feature, the App shows you where your data will be sent and what will be sent, and asks for your consent. It asks again if you switch providers.
If you close the prompt without agreeing, nothing is sent. You can still use all the logging features as usual.
You can withdraw your consent at any time under "Data sent to AI" in Settings.
5. What we send to the AI
When you use an AI feature, the App sends the following to the provider.
- Your question and the conversation so far, including the AI's earlier answers and suggestions
- Your goal text and how many times a week you train (when creating a program)
- The contents of your program (when adjusting a program)
- Your most recent record for each exercise (weight and reps)
- The exercises and number of sets in the workout you're doing now (when you ask during a workout)
- The names of exercises you created (when creating or adjusting a program)
The App does not send your body weight or body fat.
6. A note on Google Gemini's free tier
If you use Google Gemini's free tier, please read this.
Google may use what you send on the free tier to improve its services, and Google staff may read it. Please don't write anything that could identify you, such as your name or contact details.
7. Each provider's privacy policy
You can see how each provider handles what it receives in its own privacy policy.

8. Children
The App is not directed at children under 13.
