設定画面で AI の提供元を選び、ご自身の API キーを登録すると使えます。提供元は Gemini、OpenAI、Anthropic の 3 つから選べます。キーの取り方は、次の質問をご覧ください。

API キーが無くても、記録機能はそのまま使えます。

モデルは最初から選ばれています。変えたいときは、「使えるモデルを取得」から選べます。

API キーは、AI の提供元があなたのアカウントを見分けるための文字列です。次の流れで取れます。

1. Muscletant の設定画面で、AI の提供元を選びます。
2. 「キーを取得」をタップします。提供元のキー作成ページが開きます。
3. そのページでログインし、キーを作って、コピーします。
4. Muscletant に戻り、「キーを登録」をタップして、コピーしたキーを貼り付け、「保存」をタップします。

Gemini

キー作成ページは aistudio.google.com/apikey です。Google アカウントでログインし、「Create API key」を選びます。

無料枠があり、カードの登録は不要です。

OpenAI

キー作成ページは platform.openai.com/api-keys です。利用するには、クレジットの購入が必要です。

Anthropic

キー作成ページは platform.claude.com/settings/keys です。利用するには、クレジットの購入が必要です。

AI の利用料金は、提供元から、あなたの提供元アカウントに請求されます。運営者がその料金を受け取ることはありません。

Gemini には無料枠があります。OpenAI と Anthropic は、クレジットの購入が必要です。金額は、各提供元のサイトで確認してください。

API キーは iPhone のキーチェーンに保存され、運営者には送られません。選んだ提供元との通信にだけ使われます。

キーは、ほかの人に見せないでください。漏れたかもしれないと思ったときは、提供元のページでそのキーを削除し、新しく作り直してください。

記録も AI との会話の履歴も、iPhone の中だけに保存されます。運営者のサーバーはなく、アカウント登録もありません。

アプリを削除すると、iPhone の中の記録と会話の履歴が消えます。元に戻すことはできません。

設定の「AIへのデータ送信」を開き、「同意を取り消す」をタップします。

The logging features work even without an API key.

A model is already selected for you. If you’d like to change it, choose one with “Fetch available models”.

An API key is a string of characters that tells an AI provider which account is making a request. Here’s how to get one.

1. In Muscletant’s Settings, choose an AI provider.
2. Tap “Get a key”. The provider’s page for creating a key opens.
3. Sign in on that page, create a key, and copy it.
4. Go back to Muscletant, tap “Add API key”, paste the key, and tap “Save”.

Here are the key points for each provider.

Gemini

Create a key at aistudio.google.com/apikey. Sign in with your Google account and choose “Create API key”.

There is a free tier, and you don’t need to register a card.

OpenAI

Create a key at platform.openai.com/api-keys. You need to buy credits to use it.

Anthropic

Create a key at platform.claude.com/settings/keys. You need to buy credits to use it.

AI usage fees are billed by the provider to your own account with that provider. We don’t receive any of it.

Gemini has a free tier. OpenAI and Anthropic require you to buy credits. Check each provider’s website for the amounts.

Your API key is stored in your iPhone’s Keychain and is never sent to us. It is used only to communicate with the provider you chose.

Don’t show your key to anyone. If you think it may have leaked, delete that key on the provider’s website and create a new one.

Your records and your chat history with the AI are stored only on your iPhone. We have no servers for them, and there are no accounts to sign up for.

If you delete the app, the records and chat history on your iPhone are deleted. This can’t be undone.

Open Settings, go to “Data sent to AI”, and tap “Withdraw consent”.
